The Wellandport branch of the West Lincoln Public Library was completely renovated to expand, brighten, and make the space more accessible. Improvements to the space include an indoor-outdoor community living room, a new roof, furnace and windows, expanded space for programming and an Indigenous healing garden outside.
The healing garden features key aspects of Indigenous culture, including healing plants like cedar and sage, and a sitting area meant to represent a turtle and the moon calendar.
