Aligned Capital Suite

This project involves the renovation of existing office space, 772sqm in floor area for Phase-1 and additional 512sqm for the expansion, occupying the whole floor level in a mid-rise office building in Burlington, ON. The space is designated for Aligned Capital Partners new corporate office. The design included private offices for executives, meeting rooms, and open office spaces with open exposed ceiling. With this trendy open office approach, we were able bring ample of natural lighting throughout, highlighting the exposed concrete ceiling structure and complementing the modern office’s furniture. These elements resulted in improved workplace mood and productivity.
