Today we got to celebrate @kasiambednarz as she leaves us for parental leave for baby #2 (congrats Kasia and Tristian!) We celebrated at the new @cannoncoffeeco that we helped bring onto Ottawa St. in the ground floor of @indwell.ca’s newest Hamilton program.

We were too big a group for the busy cafe so (lucky for us) ate our yummy waffle sandwiches in the tenant common room. Thanks to everyone for being so accommodating! What a great celebration today at the grand opening of @indwell.ca’s Embassy Commons. 72 units of affordable housing in London, an @edgarandjoes Cafe, bike coop, and pharmacy. 💛

It was a beautiful day to celebrate the opening of Lift Church’s new ministry centre in the Ainslie Wood neighbourhood across from McMaster University.

Lift church has ministries on seven different campuses across Ontario. This site has been a church since 1917, first as an AGC congregation, it has gone through various transformations including a 90 degree rotation, basement digging, and large addition. We oversaw the work in the past year which included the gutting, insulation, waterproofing, recladding, all new electrical, and all new interiors for their in person and streamed ministries. #newchurch #studentministries #renovations

Today we were granted a foundation permit for the newest City Housing Hamilton building at the Queenston Traffic Circle! This 40 family unit building is being built by Schilthuis Construction. Located right next to the future #hamiltonlrt station, we can't wait to see these much-needed new homes go from idea to reality!

The building is being certified by @passivehouse_international and design is by Invizij + @tomsmcnally !

Thanks to @georgeq for the fun photo shoot the other day, including this fun shot in front of our office. We'll introduce you to some of our newer team members in the coming days~
